The ANA and Capella University invite you to explore some non-traditional ways you can prioritize self-care this month (and every month) so that you can continue to make a difference.

"Taking care of your health makes a big difference in the way that you provide care for others. I feared that going to a traditional school would not allow me to both maintain my health while progressing in my career. But finding FlexPath was like a breath of fresh air because I was able to do my studies from home and still obtain my degree."
