Will Carson earned a BSN from Columbus State University and a MSN from the University of West Georgia. He has over 10 years of nursing experience including seven years in nursing leadership. Prior to joining the ANCC, Will served as Manager of Professional Practice and Pathway Program Director, guiding his former organization to their first Pathway to Excellence designation. He is certified in both emergency nursing and executive nursing leadership. Will is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Troy University. Will oversees the following areas for the Pathway to Excellence program:

Chris is a member of the Pathway Operations team. Her most recent work was as a Membership Specialist with the Girl Scouts Nation's Capital. Chris graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She volunteers for multiple non-profit organizations throughout her education and work career. Christine oversees the following areas for the Pathway to Excellence program:
