APRN Application Abandonment Policy

For applicants in authorized to test (ATT) status, ANCC considers an application for APRN certification abandoned if the final official transcript showing degree conferral is not received within two (2) years after passing the certification examination. 

 

When ANCC closes an abandoned APRN application, examination scores will not carry over for any future applications and the applicant is not awarded certification. 

 

ANCC will not refund fees for any abandoned applications. Applicants must reapply for consideration.
