National Data Use Conference
The NDNQI® conference is an annual event hosted by the American Nurses Association (ANA) focused on identifying quality data, changes in nursing processes, and RN survey data that can improve nurse quality and patient outcomes. The conference is geared toward staff nurses, nurse executives, NDNQI site coordinators, and quality improvement professionals. It would also be of interest to researchers and other healthcare professionals concerned with quality.
NDNQI has been a leader in collecting nursing–sensitive indicators at the unit level since 1998 and now has over 1,370 participating hospitals throughout the United States. Hospitals receive quarterly reports of their unit-level performance compared to others of their size and type.
