*All fees are in US dollars. Dates subject to change. After Oct. 17, 2014, on-site registration fees will apply and registrations will be accepted pending space availability only.
Deadline for Receipt of Cancellations: Oct. 4, 2014. Cancellations are not accepted by phone or via this website. E-mail requests to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Cancellation.” Do not send to other ANA addresses.
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing by Oct. 4, 2014, in order to receive a full refund less a US$50 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after Oct. 4, 2014, or for no-shows. Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
Substitutions are welcomed. Requests can also be sent to email@example.com.
ANA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event the conference must be canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded. All other cancellations are subject to the policy as stated.
