Group Registration

All members of a group (minimum of three from the same facility or system) must register and pay at the same time. The group contact name must appear on each registration.

Confirmation

  • Your registration will be confirmed by email. Confirmation will include a link to your registration to view payment information and serve as your receipt. If you do not receive your confirmation or you need a replacement copy, please contact us at ana@confex.com.

Important Registration and Hotel Deadlines*

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline - November 20
  • Advance Registration Fees Begin - November 21
  • Hotel Reservation Deadline - February 10
  • Hotel: Last Day to Change or Cancel Reservations - 72 hours prior to arrival date
  • Advance Registration Fees End - February 26
  • Cancellation/Refund Deadline - February 10
    NOTE: Tickets for events are nonrefundable.
  • Substitutions, Changes, and TBD Updates Deadline - February 6
  • On-Site Registration Fees Begin - February 27

*Dates subject to change. After February 27, 2017, on-site registration fees will apply, and registrations will be accepted pending space availability only.

Cancellations / Refunds

Deadline for Receipt of Cancellations: 11:59 pm on February 10, 2017

  • Cancellations should be submitted in writing to admins@confex.com and should include the Registration ID number and registrant name(s).
  • Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee per registrant.
  • Cancellations received by February 10, 2017 will receive a full refund less the administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 10, 2017.
  • ANA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds are not made for no-shows.
  • Refunds for canceled registrations are processed within four to six weeks after the conference closes.
  • Tickets for events (e.g., pre-conference programs,) are nonrefundable.
NOTE: Due to processing costs, only overpayments in excess of $35 will be considered for refunds. Please ensure that checks include the correct dollar amount to avoid overpayment.

Substitutions/TBDs

  • All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by February 10, 2017.
  • Substitutions and TBD updates can be completed online in the registration system. Use the link emailed to the group contact (within the registration confirmation email) to make substitutions and TBD updates. Please email ana@confex.com if you need assistance.
  • Please ensure each record has a unique, individual email address.
  • Substitutions are welcome at no charge.
