Synergy is the creation of a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts, which is what teamwork is all about! Team collaboration is a key ingredient in delivering safe, quality, compassionate care for any health care organization. When health care professionals are not communicating effectively, errors occur.

Collaborative relationships are those in which team members work together in a seamless manner. They result in increased nurse job satisfaction and positive patient outcomes. But what exemplifies ideal collaboration?

Take part in this webinar and learn how you can stop being a barrier to collaboration and instead build collaborative relationships. Learn how the ANA/AONE Principles for Collaborative Relationships can turn you into a facilitator.
